Anderson & McFarland Residence Halls

Anderson Hall Renovation & McFarland Hall Renovation, 2014, $14,400,000

A renovation of two dormitories on the Miami University campus, the Anderson Hall and McFarland Hall Renovations provided fully updated interiors and exterior envelope restoration. Updated sleeping rooms, public lounges including kitchenettes, and accessible restrooms are provided for student and staff occupants. The exterior was renovated using historical details in keeping with Miami’s Georgian style.


Upham Hall Teaching Lab, 2011, $200,000

This project will renovate 3,000 SF to create new lab space for Archaeology, Biology and Cultural/Linguistics. An area for student-created museum display will also be provided, along with student study lounge space.


Phillips Hall Art Center Renovation

Phillips Hall Art Center Renovation, 2011, $2,000,000

This project will result in the renovation of the old natatorium in Phillips Hall on the main campus in Oxford to house the Art Center/Craft Summer Program. This newly renovated, 8,600 SF space which will provide state of the art technology, opportunity for use of current teaching methods and a comfortable, stimulating environment for students.


Upham Hall Lab Renovation

Upham Hall Lab Renovation, 2010, $2,100,000

This 9,000 SF renovation of the North wing of Upham Hall creates a state of the art electron microscope facility within a 1940’s classroom building. Offices and classrooms are included in the renovation providing open, inviting spaces that allow interaction and collaboration between faculty and students.


Warfield Hall Renovation

Warfield Hall Rehabilitation, 2008, $3,200,000

This project includes the complete renovation of Warfield Hall, which houses groups within the Student Affairs Division at Miami University in Oxford.


Morris & Edwards Houses Feasibility Study, 2006, $713,000 Est.

This feasibility study looked at renovating two underutilized residence houses on the main campus in Oxford, into a seminar facility and additional office space. A building analysis, code review and estimate were completed as part of the project.


Roudebush Hall Renovation & Additions

Roudebush Hall Renovation and Additions, 2002

The Roudebush Hall project consisted of a complete renovation and additions to the Georgian Style Administration Building on the Miami University, Oxford Campus. The 42,000 SF building houses the Office of the President, the Provost, the Vice President of Finance, administrative staff and the University’s Board Room. Work performed by AMA staff while employed by others.


Rentschler Hall Renovation, 1997

This project included the renovation of the Hamilton Branch library and student commons into new classrooms, science labs and administrative office suites. Work performed by AMA staff while employed by others.


Schwarm Hall & Harry T. Wilks Conference Center, 1996

This new 70,000 SF building on Miami University’s Hamilton Campus, houses the library, student union, childcare, classrooms and a conference center. Work performed by AMA staff while employed by others.
