The new Student Success Center at Wright State University is approximately 68,000 SF and includes space for University College and the Student Academic Success Center, supporting the academic achievement of all students.

This building forms a gateway to the Campus Academic Core.  The structure and landscape draws people in through memorable exterior spaces for gathering, relaxing, and socializing. Inside the building, public space and Success Center spaces are filled with natural light and inviting colors conducive to learning, appealing to students, faculty and staff alike.

A linear public circulation spine extends through the building and is open to views and light.  Its faceted shape creates a wandering circulation path and spaces for student study and collaboration.  A mixture of clear, colored and translucent glass registers the changes in natural light throughout the day and the seasons on the interior finishes.

Four state of the art Active Learning Classrooms are provided, with seating capacities ranging from 108 to 180. In these classrooms, students work in collaborative teams and engage in active problem-solving in a technology rich environment.  A 225-seat auditorium is provided for larger traditional lecture classes, primarily for first and second year students.  These new Registrar classrooms meet increased capacity demand created by the recent change to Semester scheduling.
